Mr. Schuler has been in the insurance industry as the owner of Time Insurance Agency for over 25 years. Mr. Schuler has grown Time Insurance into one of the larger Property & Casualty Insurance Agencies in Central Texas. Mr. Schuler has a passion for servicing his customers and focuses on each of them as his highest priority. Mr. Schuler has a great deal of knowledge in insurance and holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Mr. Schuler is a graduate of the University of Texas and has served on the board of the Austin Chamber of Commerce and is active in all of the construction related organizations in Central Texas and many of the national organizations.

Mr. Mulanax has been in the surety and insurance business for the past 13 years with experience in both the Agency Production and Company Underwriting side of the business. He has been the Surety Manager at Time Insurance Agency for the past 8 years servicing some of the most prominent customers in Central Texas. Mr. Mulanax has a graduate degree in accounting and finance and has worked for companies such as Texas Instruments and Koch Industries prior to entering the insurance field. Mr. Mulanax has the ability to assist the customer in financial statement preparation, financial planning and tax planning in addition to managing their surety needs. Mr. Mulanax’s knowledge and experience make him a very beneficial member of your company’s team.

Mr. Smith has been in the insurance business for the past 18 years, with 14 years of that experience focused solely on Surety. Mr. Smith has experience on the Company, Broker and Agency side of the business. Mr. Smith has regional underwriting experience with both Safeco Insurance Company (now Liberty Mutual) and CNA Surety. Mr. Smith also has experience working in Agency’s and Brokerages of various sizes which have led to his Client centered approach to the surety business. Mr. Smith has had the pleasure and experience of working with companies at all levels of the surety spectrum including: general contractors and utility contractors applying for their first bond, as well as some of the surety business’ top clients in the waste hauling, general construction, dredging, and pipeline fields. Mr. Smith’s varied surety experience will be asset to your company’s team.
Britt Anderson

Mr. Anderson has been in the construction industry for 15 years focused solely on surety and insurance for the past 5 years. Prior to joining Time, Britt served as controller for the CitiGroup Construction Division and worked for many years in the field with construction contractors financing heavy equipment and providing working capital. Britt services large and small general and subcontractors in the Southwest.
His expertise lies in surety underwriting, financial statement preparation and analysis, and restructuring balance sheets to facilitate bonding. Mr. Anderson has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, minor in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. Mr. Anderson values direct relationships with contractors and can add value to your management team with his experience.

Mr. Kelley has been in the insurance business for the past 7 years. Prior to his employment with Time Insurance, he worked in both the construction and oil and gas industries. Mr. Kelley has worked in all facets of the insurance business, from owning his own agency to working with one of the largest independent brokers in the country. Mr. Kelley enjoys working with all lines of business, from the small personal lines account to the large corporations. As manager of Time Insurance Department, Mr. Kelley strives to maintain a personal involvement in our accounts and with our clients in all industries. It is his goal to make each and every client understand the need and importance of their insurance program and have their program built around their company’s specific needs. Mr. Kelley is a graduate of the University of Texas.
